On-campus-only access

Some resources, like UpToDate and Micromedex, are only available from NYU Langone Medical Center computers, including computers at Bellevue and the VA.

These resources are not available at the College of Dentistry; nor can they be accessed from computers at home, off-campus medical offices, or other places outside the NYULMC network.

Alternatives to UpToDate: The library collection includes several other electronic clinical resources that are easy to use. Try Access Medicine, Medscape Reference (formerly eMedicine), or STAT!Ref featuring PIER (an evidence-based clinical resource). These clinical resources return results efficiently and also link directly to other related resources such as PubMed (unlike UpToDate).
