The Frederick L. Ehrman Medical Library became the Regional Medical Library, Middle Atlantic Region in May, 2006, after being awarded a five-year contract from the National Library of Medicine. It is one of eight Regional Medical Libraries within in the National Network of Libraries of Medicine (NN/LM). The Middle Atlantic Region consists of Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
