In order to ensure that our users receive the best possible service, the NYU Health Sciences Libraries have implemented a number of online services. 

Users are able to place requests for assistance using our ask-a-librarian, literature search request, and interlibrary loan request forms. All of these services are monitored daily to guarantee a speedy turnaround time. We encourage our patrons to use their affiliated medical center email and ID when placing requests to streamline the fulfillment process. Of course, NYUHSL also offers in-person services, such as the Information Desk (reference desk) at Ehrman Medical Library and classes that are listed under Events on the homepage of this Web site.
