The Herman Robbins Medical Library Conference Room scheduler has moved to Meeting Room Manager.
To ensure the fair use and availability of this meeting room for all HJD employees, we ask that you please:
- Do not book more than 6 hours for a single event per day
- Do not book more than 12 hours for a single event per week
- Do book the room at least one hour before your event. When it’s open, the conference room is often used as study space. If you decide to book the room at the last minute and find people are studying inside, be prepared to ask them for permission to use it.
