Nurse MakerLab

Have you had an idea about how a product or a process could be improved to make patient care better? The Nurse MakerLab is a mobile design studio for nurses to lead healthcare innovation projects and collaboratively solve problems. Nurse MakerLab provides the materials, the tools and the training nurses need to try new ideas and design solutions. Nurses are natural problem solvers and seek solutions to optimize the patient experience.

NYU Health Sciences Library supports nursing innovation by offering nurses the tools and knowledge to realize their ideas in a collaborative and community space that will work to the benefit of both nurses and their patients.
